Oreo Truffles by Kraft Foods

          1   package OreoŽ Sandwitch Cookies (1 pd 2 oz), finely crushed
          1   package cream cheese, 8 oz--softened
          5   packages baker's semi sweet chocolate, melted--4 oz each pk

  Semi crush cookies w/rolling pin, finish in the mixer.

  Mix cream cheese and crumbs until blended.  

  Let balls get cold and then dip in chocolate.  place on wax paper on a baking
  sheet

  1 1/2 batches equal 57 lil larger balls or 75 lil smaller

  Only do 1 1/2 batches in mixer at one time.

  Store in airtight container in the fridge.  Can be kept for quite a while in
  the fridge.
